3.旅游投訴信英語(yǔ)作文
根據(jù)《旅游投訴暫行規(guī)定》規(guī)定了以下幾種時(shí)效：
一、投訴時(shí)效：向旅游投訴機(jī)關(guān)請(qǐng)求合法權(quán)益的投訴時(shí)效期間為60天，投訴時(shí)效從投訴者知道或應(yīng)知道權(quán)利被侵害時(shí)算，有特殊情況的，旅游投訴管理機(jī)關(guān)可以延長(zhǎng)投訴時(shí)效期間。
二、受理時(shí)效：投訴管理機(jī)關(guān)接到投訴狀或口頭投訴，經(jīng)審查，符合受理?xiàng)l件的，應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)調(diào)查處理；不符合受理?xiàng)l件的應(yīng)在7日內(nèi)通知投訴者不予受理，并說(shuō)明理由。
三、應(yīng)訴答復(fù)時(shí)效：投訴管理機(jī)關(guān)作出受理決定后，應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)通知被投訴者。被投訴者應(yīng)當(dāng)在接到通知之日起30日內(nèi)作出書(shū)面答復(fù)。
四、送達(dá)時(shí)效：旅游投訴管理機(jī)關(guān)作出的處理決定應(yīng)當(dāng)用旅游投訴處理決定書(shū)的形式在15日內(nèi)通知投訴者和被投訴者。
